Our Story

We started our journey in May 2024, launching our version of the much-loved Broker Academy which we took over from Asset Finance Solutions (UK) Ltd. Since then, we have expanded our proposition and now offer a range of face-to-face modules that can be attended individually or grouped together to create a specific learning pathway or held at your premises and tailored to your specific needs. We are continually adding to our range of courses, and we’d be delighted to speak to you about your needs.

Our Mission

To provide high quality, all-encompassing, inclusive finance broker and funder training programmes for our delegates. Be relevant and raise the standards for all existing brokers, funders and the finance industry as a whole.

Meet your Training Manager

Michelle

Michelle has leveraged her 30 years of experience in Asset and Commercial Finance to set up the Finance Education Centre, designed to provide the knowledge and practical skills that brokers and funders need for success.

She loves talking all things training and thrives on the feedback of delegates, using it as an opportunity to ensure the learning we provide is industry leading.

In her spare time, Michelle enjoys spending time with her family and participating in a number of sporting activities including the coaching of a junior squad at a local athletics club.

Meet your Trainers

Chris Trainer
Chris Ambler

Trainer

Chris has enjoyed a 40-year career in the Banking & Asset Finance sector, working for NatWest, Clydesdale, Lombard, Metro Bank, and most recently as a broker. He has primarily operated in the Commercial Sector, supporting businesses with their funding requirements, and has also undertaken specialist roles including Aviation finance, Commercial Credit, and Course Tutor. Chris is eager to share his extensive knowledge and experience with you. Originally from West London, Chris now resides in Norfolk with his wife and French Bulldog. He is a keen sports fan, enjoys travelling, and volunteers with the National Coastwatch.

Anne Trainer
Anne Morgan-Davies

Trainer

Anne has worked in the finance sector for over six years in sales and compliance roles. As a Compliance Officer, she assists finance brokers in meeting their regulatory requirements through audits, inductions, risk assessments, and training. Anne is a season ticket holder at Manchester City and enjoys running and going to the gym.

Colin
Colin Bradley

Trainer

Colin is a passionate Learning & Development professional with extensive Sales & Leadership experience, having spent over 40 years in the Banking industry. He joined NatWest straight from school as an apprentice and spent most of his tenure at RBS with the Asset Finance subsidiary, Lombard. Colin’s experience spans product, technical, change management, and behavioural training. His strength lies in his ability to create real-world workshops and courses that ensure the best possible success once delegates return to the “coalface”.

David Pyle

Trainer

David has held senior marketing roles across multiple sectors for over 20 years. He has extensive experience in creating and delivering successful marketing strategies. David has designed and delivered marketing training for businesses such as the BBC, Football League, and KPMG. He is currently working with Dotdigital, training clients on implementing the latest marketing strategies.

Alan FEC Trainer
Alan Carter

Trainer

Alan has over thirty years of experience in finance, with expertise in small ticket, broker, vendor, superyacht, fleet, and wholesale markets. He has worked for owner-managed businesses, Head Offices, and Challenger banks across Europe. Alan continues to work on complex deals, offering a wealth of practical knowledge. He is a keen cyclist and Leyton Orient season ticket holder.

Robert Trainer
Robert Chambers

Trainer

With over 30 years in asset and motor finance, Robert is a senior risk professional specialising in Credit, Operational, Conduct, and Risk Appetite. His roles have included Head of Risk UK and Eire at Deutsche Leasing and various senior risk positions at Santander Consumer UK. Robert enjoys training staff in the asset finance industry, particularly in risk management. He has two adult daughters, loves cooking, and is an avid Arsenal supporter. He also enjoys ballroom dancing.

Danielle has vast asset finance expertise having undertaken a number of roles in sales, relationship management, strategy and leadership across a more than 20-year career in Lombard and NatWest Group.

With a passion for people development and coaching Danielle is delighted to be able to share her experience and depth of knowledge with others. 

Danielle lives in South Yorkshire with husband Craig, daughter Norah and their 2 Dachshunds.
